Just Okay Stay. Some Issues

The location was acceptable, especially for accessing Checkpoint Charlie.
The room was not comfortable. The water only came on when you waved your hands under the tap, but I could never find the right spot. It kept changing. It was a pretty frustrating experience!

The location provided easy access to many attractions.. The hotel offered options for breakfast. The staff at the front desk were helpful. They gave me free maps.
The AC was shut off, so sleeping on warmer days was hard. The noise cancellation against the hallway was ok.. I could still hear some noises. The bathroom had a moldy smell.

The location was convenient to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful . I found the room to be clean upon arrival.
The room lacked a closet. I only had some cardboard hangers on a rod for storage. The bed was quite hard and the pillows felt lumpy. I think the hotel should invest in better bedding.

The location allowed easy access to nearby sights. Breakfast offered a lot of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was always greeted when I came in the door.
The floor carpet was dirty and smelly. The fire alarm at 6am on Saturday took me out to street in pijamas. It was unpleasant. There could be more snacks offering.

The breakfast was quite good and provided a solid start to the day. I also appreciated the on site Asian restaurant, convenient. Rooms had tea and coffee available on every floor. The hotel was also very close to the Charlie Checkpoint.
The room smelled badly. The fire alarm went off early Saturday. I had to go out to the street in my pajamas and it was so cold. There wasn't many snack offerings, besides the tiny machine without much stuff.
